State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA)

You can contact SIRA regarding any complaint about us or our insurance agents on 13 10 50

Workers Compensation Independent Review Office (WIRO)

You can also contact the Workers Compensation Independent Review Office (WIRO) on 13 94 76 if you’re dissatisfied with a workers compensation decision made by the insurer.

Ombudsman NSW

If you’re not satisfied with icare workers insurance response to your complaint, you can contact The NSW Ombudsman who deals with complaints about NSW Government and some non-government agencies and community service providers.
