icare is improving workers insurance

From 2017, your workers compensation insurance will be renewed directly with icare instead of your current insurance partner.

What do you need to do?

Keep an eye out for your policy renewal which will arrive from icare in the next few weeks.

Your policy will renew automatically - you don't need to do a thing!

If your details have changed, call our Customer Support Centre on 13 44 22.

In the coming months, we will be launching an online portal which will give you access to your policy information online anytime, anywhere.

Use an insurance broker?

If your policy has been managed by an insurance broker all your information remains the same. Your broker will receive notification that your policy is due for renewal and it will be noted on your policy.

From 2017, icare will be your direct contact for your workers insurance policy. It’s all part of our work to improve workers insurance in NSW, by making it simpler, fairer and more transparent.
