health and community

Our Health and Community engagement team helps workplaces be safe and healthy, ensures healthcare systems provide accessible and timely treatment and helps injured workers re-engage in the community.

Our Health and Community engagement team is focused on improving the way we engage with and support you. Whether you’re an injured worker, employer, general practitioner or other healthcare provider, we’re keen to partner with you to achieve better outcomes. We’re doing this by:

  • supporting workplaces to be safe and healthy
  • ensuring our healthcare systems enable access to the right treatment at the right time, and
  • helping injured workers engage back into the community after long periods of incapacity.

If you want to discuss how we can help you, please contact our Customer Support Centre on 13 44 22.
